You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please also include your order number.

How to start a return:

1. Email us at info@cavre.com or via our contact form with your request.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you a secure payment link for €10 to cover the return label.
3. After payment, you’ll receive your label by email. Please note that return shipping must be paid in advance.

We have up to 15 business days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. During periods of high demand, this process may take a little longer - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers are responsible for returned items until we receive them. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: we do not process exchanges manually. Instead, once your return is approved, you’ll receive a gift card for the refunded amount. You can then use it to place a new order - whether it’s for a different size/color, or a completely new piece.
