PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are the watches waterproof?
Yes. All watches are water resistant up to 10 ATM / 100 meters. No need to worry when showering, swimming, exercising, etc.
Is our jewelry waterproof?
Yes, absolutely. We use a cutting-edge PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating that’s 10x more durable than traditional plating, ensuring our jewelry withstands daily water exposure without losing its beauty or integrity.
Where can I find the specifications of a product?
You can find the main specifications on its product page. If you have any other questions regarding the size, fit, or model, please contact us.
How can I adjust the size of the steel strap?
If you are unfamiliar with the process to adjust the size of the steel strap, we recommend to visit a watch specialist. It's done within minutes. Each watch includes a CAVRE watch tool.
What material is your jewelry made from?
All our jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel, a surgical-grade material. It's much more durable than silver, gold, or platinum and will not rust, corrode, tarnish, stain, fade, or cause skin discoloration.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible here. Once your order has been shipped, we can't change or cancel your order.
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet and we receive/read your request during our customer service hours. However, please note that a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment provider charges, which range from €10 to €50. This applies even if you cancel shortly after placing the order.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
Mistakes happen. Please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to support@cavre.com and provide detailed information and pictures of the received product. We will solve the issue with high priority.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped from Europe, specifically from Copenhagen, Denmark.

How can I track my order?
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will recieve an email with the relevant tracking number to check the shipment status of your order. Please also check the spam inbox, in case the email is located there.
If you don't receive your track & trace within 5 business days, please contact us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy. You can request a return within 60 days after receiving your item for a refund or exchange. The product must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with all original packaging and components.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges. If you wish to return a product, you will need to bear the shipping cost of returning the original item(s) back to CAVRE.
WARRANTY
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a lifetime guarantee for products purchased directly on the CAVRE website.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship only on the watch components, including the movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices, under normal conditions of use.
Other components or areas not included in the above will not be covered by our warranty.
